  Came in to upgrade daughters phone for her birthday. They charge $20 for an existing customer to upgrade phone so the $120 became a $140 phone. Less than 30 days later the phone broke. They charged me $20 to get phone replaced under warranty so my $120 phone is now a $160. My daughter went 24 days without a phone. I had not heard from Tmobile so I stopped in and they told me they sent the phone back because it sat at store too long. They never called or texted me new phone was in. I then had to go through the entire process again. On a side note T- Mobile needs to turn the damn music down you can't even hear each other talk in store.
